Description:

The PTO wood chipper efficiently transfers power from the tractor's engine to the chipper. This model is designed to be mounted to a tractor’s three-point lift assembly, eliminating the need for trailers or additional transport methods. Once material is placed into the feed hopper, the self-feeding system and chipper blades automatically pull it through for processing.

The 4" 3-point PTO wood chipper has a maximum chipping capacity of 100mm diameter wood. It features multiple adjustments for the blades, chute, and lift points, and the reversible blades allow for extended use. The rotor is powered directly from the tractor via the supplied Shear Pin PTO shaft, ensuring smooth power transmission. Compatible with tractors from 18–45 HP.

Note: Pine or other sappy timbers contain resins that can build up and clog the cutter teeth. It is recommended to run dry hardwood through at the end of use to prevent buildup.

This heavy-duty fabricated steel chipper has a large-diameter rotor for faster tip speed and improved chipping action. The heavy-gauge steel construction maintains momentum to power through logs up to 100mm in diameter.

The reversible blades are precision-cut tool steel and hardened for long life and consistent cutting performance. Integrated blower paddles with twig breakers improve chip consistency and allow chips to be expelled further. The double-adjustable exit chute swivels 360° and the top deflector allows control of chip throw distance.

Shipping Information

Delivery

Any timeframe given by TOOL NATION in respect of the delivery of the Goods is indicative only, and not binding on TOOL NATION. Products may not be available for immediate delivery.

TOOL NATION will use its best endeavours to deliver Goods to the Site at the time agreed between the parties. TOOL NATION does not provide any guarantees to the timeliness of deliveries as they are entirely controlled by third-party couriers. All deliveries are made in good faith and within the capabilities of the courier systems and processes.

Delivery of Goods will be deemed to have taken place when goods are delivered or when delivery has been attempted and goods have been returned to the courier's depot waiting for customer collection. Costs associated with re-delivery are the responsibility of the Consumer.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place even if a Customer refuses delivery or Returns Items to Sender.

TOOL NATION reserves the right not to deliver certain Goods if the suppliers of the Goods to TOOL NATION fail to procure the Goods. The customer will not be liable to pay for undelivered Goods and will be entitled to a refund for amounts paid in respect of those undelivered Goods.

Types of Delivery Options

TOOL NATION tries to provide the lowest cost delivery options to their customers and therefore offers several options for the Customer to select. They are:

For Items under 22 Kg, standard shipping applies for all deliveries (can be delivered by Australia Post)

For Items Over 22 Kg costs vary depending on delivery point type.

  • Business Delivery (ABN Holder) – Must be a registered business with an ABN. Detail of business name to be included in the shipping information. The delivery point must have a suitable unloading capability. This must be either a Forklift, Pallet Fork or Bucket Fork. Lifting using straps is not acceptable to the couriers.
  • Business Delivery (ABN Holder) – Must be a registered business with an ABN. Detail of business name to be included in the shipping information. If no Fork unloading capability a Tailgate Truck is required. The driver will unload the Goods off the truck.
  • Local Courier Depot Collection – If a residential delivery or tailgate delivery is too expensive the Goods can be delivered to your closest Courier depot for collection. The Depot will contact the Customer when they have arrived at the Depot and will load up the Customer's Trailer, Utility or Vehicle.
  • Residential Delivery – This is a door-to-door service. The Goods are delivered to a residential address and include a Tailgate Truck to unload the Goods from the vehicle onto the Customers property. Suitable access is required by the truck.
