The LS45ESBD Millers Falls Black Diamond Log Splitter delivers 45 Ton of splitting force, powered by a 15 horsepower OHV engine with electric start for easy operation. This heavy-duty splitter is designed for high-performance log splitting tasks, ideal for tackling tough hardwoods with ease. It features a 2-stage, 11 GPM gear pump and a 5” hydraulic cylinder (127mm x 493mm), ensuring fast cycle times and efficient power delivery.

The 8” hardened steel wedge provides exceptional strength, allowing the splitter to handle logs with a maximum length of 21 1/2” (550mm) and a diameter of up to 12” (305mm). The automatic return control valve with a safety release function enhances user safety and ensures smooth operation, while the splitter can be used in both horizontal and vertical positions.

This model features 16” x 6.5” pneumatic wheels with mudguards and rear reflectors for safe and easy transport. The 8” jockey wheel offers increased maneuverability, and the 50mm cast steel coupler with safety chains ensures secure towing. The LS45ESBD is ideal for heavy-duty splitting tasks, with a maximum towing speed of 72 km/h (private property use only).

Shipping Information

Delivery

Any timeframe given by TOOL NATION in respect of the delivery of the Goods is indicative only, and not binding on TOOL NATION. Products may not be available for immediate delivery.

TOOL NATION will use its best endeavours to deliver Goods to the Site at the time agreed between the parties. TOOL NATION does not provide any guarantees to the timeliness of deliveries as they are entirely controlled by third-party couriers. All deliveries are made in good faith and within the capabilities of the courier systems and processes.

Delivery of Goods will be deemed to have taken place when goods are delivered or when delivery has been attempted and goods have been returned to the courier's depot waiting for customer collection. Costs associated with re-delivery are the responsibility of the Consumer.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place even if a Customer refuses delivery or Returns Items to Sender.

TOOL NATION reserves the right not to deliver certain Goods if the suppliers of the Goods to TOOL NATION fail to procure the Goods. The customer will not be liable to pay for undelivered Goods and will be entitled to a refund for amounts paid in respect of those undelivered Goods.

Types of Delivery Options

TOOL NATION tries to provide the lowest cost delivery options to their customers and therefore offers several options for the Customer to select. They are:

For Items under 22 Kg, standard shipping applies for all deliveries (can be delivered by Australia Post)

For Items Over 22 Kg costs vary depending on delivery point type.

  • Business Delivery (ABN Holder) – Must be a registered business with an ABN. Detail of business name to be included in the shipping information. The delivery point must have a suitable unloading capability. This must be either a Forklift, Pallet Fork or Bucket Fork. Lifting using straps is not acceptable to the couriers.
  • Business Delivery (ABN Holder) – Must be a registered business with an ABN. Detail of business name to be included in the shipping information. If no Fork unloading capability a Tailgate Truck is required. The driver will unload the Goods off the truck.
  • Local Courier Depot Collection – If a residential delivery or tailgate delivery is too expensive the Goods can be delivered to your closest Courier depot for collection. The Depot will contact the Customer when they have arrived at the Depot and will load up the Customer's Trailer, Utility or Vehicle.
  • Residential Delivery – This is a door-to-door service. The Goods are delivered to a residential address and include a Tailgate Truck to unload the Goods from the vehicle onto the Customers property. Suitable access is required by the truck.
