Shipping Information

Delivery

Any timeframe given by TOOL NATION in respect of the delivery of the Goods is indicative only, and not binding on TOOL NATION. Products may not be available for immediate delivery.

TOOL NATION will use its best endeavours to deliver Goods to the Site at the time agreed between the parties. TOOL NATION does not provide any guarantees to the timeliness of deliveries as they are entirely controlled by third-party couriers. All deliveries are made in good faith and within the capabilities of the courier systems and processes.

Delivery of Goods will be deemed to have taken place when goods are delivered or when delivery has been attempted and goods have been returned to the courier's depot waiting for customer collection. Costs associated with re-delivery are the responsibility of the Consumer.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place even if a Customer refuses delivery or Returns Items to Sender.

TOOL NATION reserves the right not to deliver certain Goods if the suppliers of the Goods to TOOL NATION fail to procure the Goods. The customer will not be liable to pay for undelivered Goods and will be entitled to a refund for amounts paid in respect of those undelivered Goods.

Types of Delivery Options

TOOL NATION tries to provide the lowest cost delivery options to their customers and therefore offers several options for the Customer to select. They are:

For Items under 22 Kg, standard shipping applies for all deliveries (can be delivered by Australia Post)

For Items Over 22 Kg costs vary depending on delivery point type.

  • Business Delivery (ABN Holder) – Must be a registered business with an ABN. Detail of business name to be included in the shipping information. The delivery point must have a suitable unloading capability. This must be either a Forklift, Pallet Fork or Bucket Fork. Lifting using straps is not acceptable to the couriers.
  • Business Delivery (ABN Holder) – Must be a registered business with an ABN. Detail of business name to be included in the shipping information. If no Fork unloading capability a Tailgate Truck is required. The driver will unload the Goods off the truck.
  • Local Courier Depot Collection – If a residential delivery or tailgate delivery is too expensive the Goods can be delivered to your closest Courier depot for collection. The Depot will contact the Customer when they have arrived at the Depot and will load up the Customer's Trailer, Utility or Vehicle.
  • Residential Delivery – This is a door-to-door service. The Goods are delivered to a residential address and include a Tailgate Truck to unload the Goods from the vehicle onto the Customers property. Suitable access is required by the truck.
